Terms of use

By using the Apex Player website or apps you agree to these terms. Apex Player is run by Zohaib Alam in Pakistan.

What you may play and download

  • Only download videos, music and files you have the right to save, such as your own content, content the owner allows you to save, or content you may lawfully copy for personal use.
  • You are responsible for how you use what you download and for following the rules of the website it came from.
  • Apex Player does not work with protected (DRM) services, and you may not use it to get around any protection or paywall.
  • Apex Player is a player, browser and download tool. It doesn't search for or link to content, and it can't tell whether a file is lawful to download.

Fair use of the service

  • The free version has limits (for example two downloads at a time) and shows ads. Pro removes them.
  • Your account is personal. Don't sell or publish access to it, don't try to get around the limits, and don't use scripts or bots against the website or its servers.
  • Pro works on up to 2 phones and 2 Windows computers at once on one account.
  • We may switch off a copy of the app or an account that has been altered or is used against these terms, without refund.

The apps and website

  • Apex Player and its logo, design, code, apps and website belong to Zohaib Labs. All rights reserved.
  • Only install Apex Player from apex.zohaiblabs.com. Modified copies may contain malware. Cracking, modifying, re-signing, re-packaging or redistributing the apps, or unlocking Pro without paying, is not allowed. The app checks that it is an official copy; modified copies stop working, are reported, and may be pursued under copyright law.
  • A modified or white-label build is allowed only with a written licence key from Zohaib Labs, which is sold separately. Contact support@zohaiblabs.com.

Pro and payments

  • Plans, prices and any offers are shown on the Go Pro page and in the app, in Pakistani rupees, and can change; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay. You pay in advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa or UBL bank transfer and upload a screenshot of the payment. Pro does not renew automatically; paying again adds time on top of what is left.
  • After we confirm your payment, Pro switches on for your account on every device you sign in on. A person confirms payments, usually within a few hours. We may refuse or reverse a payment we cannot verify, or that uses a receipt that isn't yours.
  • Lifetime means Pro on your account for as long as Apex Player is offered. It is not a promise of any particular feature, and if we ever stop offering the app we will give notice first.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

No guarantees

Websites change often, so a download that works today may stop working until Apex Player is updated. The service is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, for lost data, or for content downloaded by users.
